Did The United States Government Stage the attempted " Assination" of Obama?

We see in the USA hope and support for current president Barack Obama was low but after the news that a bullet was found in the whitehouse(a gun ? in America ? NO WAY) andit was announced that it was a attempted assaination hope and support of Barack Obama is rallying. Conveniently Obama and his family where 8000 miles away . To quote a local comedian " What sort of assaisn misses by 8000 miles " But i am glad no one is hurt i just feel that a bullet being found was then used to rally political support. Obama i would like to stress has tried and had it hard but id like quote a good friend.
